TOMATILLO GUACAMOLE

Add the tomatillos, cilantro, avocado, onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt to a food processor or blender.

Ingredients

  • 6 -8tomatillos, husked and coarsely chopped (about 8 ounces)
  • 3⁄4cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1⁄2onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1⁄2jalapeno, coarsely chopped with seeds
  • 2garlic cloves, smashed and quartered
  • 1lime, juice of
  • 1teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1teaspoon salt

Direction

  1. Add the tomatillos, cilantro, avocado, onion, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt to a food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse until combined.
