RHUBARB CRISP

Mom's recipe! Easy to make and easy to eat

Ingredients

  • 8cups rhubarb, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1⁄4cup flour
  • 1⁄2teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1cup flour
  • 1cup brown sugar
  • 1⁄2cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄2cup melted butter

Direction

  1. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon and put into 8" x 8" x 2" glass baking dish.
  2. Combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and melted butter and sprinkle streusel over rhubarb mixture.
  3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
