PORK CHOPS WITH CIDER VINEGAR GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 4(3 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
  • 1⁄4teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1⁄2cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1⁄4cup cider vinegar
  • 1pinch ground sage
  • 1tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley

Direction

  1. Sprinkle chops on both sides with pepper.
  2. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat.
  3. Add pork and cook over high heat until browned, about 3 min on each side.
  4. Add broth, vinegar, and sage; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer, turning the chops once, until cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened.
