Ingredients
quart water
2lbs ground beef
1teaspoon cinnamon
1teaspoon cumin
1onion, chopped
1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2cloves garlic, mashed
2teaspoons salt
2tablespoons chili powder
1teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2teaspoon red pepper
1⁄2teaspoon allspice
1(6 ounce) can tomato paste
3bay leaves
1(4 ounce) can mushrooms (drained)
3⁄4cup chopped green pepper
Direction
Brown meat, drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer 3 hours.
