KETO CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

"Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge for those on a Ketogenic diet"

Ingredients

  • cup butter
  • 8ounces cream cheese
  • 1cup peanut butter
  • 1⁄4cup cocoa powder
  • 1⁄2cup Splenda granular
  • 1⁄2teaspoon vanilla

Direction

  1. Put first 3 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave until butter is melted.
  2. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour into a foil-lined 8x8 pan, and refrigerate until set.
  5. Cut into 64 one-inch pieces.
