INCREDIBLE BAKED MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 1lb hamburger
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • 1⁄2cup milk
  • 1⁄2cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1cup panko breadcrumbs or 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1small onion, minced
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 1⁄2teaspoon oregano
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1⁄4cup minced fresh basil

Direction

  1. Mix all ingredients with hands.
  2. Form into golfball sized meatballs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
