GREEN OLIVE TAPENADE

Ingredients

  • 9cloves garlic, minced
  • 1anchovy, minced
  • 1pinch allspice
  • 1teaspoon oregano
  • 1teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1⁄2teaspoons coarse grain mustard
  • 1⁄4cup kalamata olive, chopped
  • 1⁄3cup california black olives, chopped
  • 1⁄2cup green olives, chopped
  • 1teaspoon capers
  • 1 1⁄2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1⁄2cup olive oil
  • 1⁄4cup Italian parsley

Direction

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Better done by hand without a food processor.
