GREEN BEAN SALAD WITH PINE NUTS AND FETA

Ingredients
- 400g green beans, blanched 2 minutes
- 50g pine nuts, toasted (optional)
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 100g olives
- olive oil
- 1garlic clove, crushed
- 1lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1pinch chili powder (optional)
Direction
