GARLIC AND ROSEMARY ROASTED GOAT

A great way to incorperate Goat into your diet

Ingredients

  • 3lbs goat leg, boneless
  • 4potatoes, cut into large pieces
  • 2teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1tablespoon rosemary, chopped fresh
  • 1⁄4teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1⁄4teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Direction

  1. Place the roast in the slow cooker with potatoes arranged around it.
  2. Add rosemary, ground cloves, garlic and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW until the goat is very tender, it will take about 8 to 9 hours. Add salt.
  4. Slice the goat and serve hot with the potatoes.
