Ingredients

  • 1⁄2cup uncle ben's original converted brand rice
  • 2ounces cooked shrimp, fresh or 2 ounces shrimp, canned
  • 3tablespoons pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1⁄2green bell pepper
  • 2stalks celery
  • 3salt and pepper

Direction

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Chop pepper and celery.
  3. . Mix pepper and celery with rice and pineapple.
  4. Check seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with shrimps.
